INFO:
Pianist Rob Reger, sound sculptor Loren Chasse
and former Mirza members Steven R Smith and
Glenn Donaldson make up the mysterious Thuja,
who return with their third album of inspired forest
clamor.
Unlike their many space-travelling comtemporaries,
Thuja are thankfully grounded on Earth and the
many sounds of nature and machines. These
expanding and billowing noises are ideal for
meditation or examination and carry the rare trait of
begging repeated listenings as soon as they end.
