Release Notes :
Soà for those of you, who have recently discovered InFinΘ, Rone has been one of
the early artists to sign on the label. After ôBoraö released in 2008, Erwan
Castex had offered us his debut LP ôSpanish Breakfastö, a musical eclipse and
one of the first masterpiece of InFinΘ`s catalog. Soà from his small flat in
Paris, the young producer has then worked on various remixes for Sinner DC and
Ripperton and collaborated with Vladimir Mavounia-Kouka (director of Spanish
Breakfast videoclip) for ôLa femme α Cordeö freshly nominated as best score in
the International short film awards ôLes Lutinsö. On stage, he multiplied live
collaboration with the pianist Bugge Wesseltoft, the cello player Gaspar Claus
or the saxophonist Adrien Roch. Soà Since autumn 2010, Erwan had been carefully
crafting the sketches of his second fulllength player. Almost two years after
the release of his album, Rone returns in full force on your record player with
ôSo So Soö Ep. Three equally stellar and timeless brand new tracks, which would
reconcile everybody with Rone for its too long absence. Vlad also signed the
packshot of this Ep, revealing the first draft of Rone`s future album visual
environment to be released later this year.
